1. Delivery Coverage

At present, we only deliver to residential and business addresses across Australia. While we do not offer international delivery yet, we are exploring options to make this available in the near future.

This shipping policy covers every product available on bluezela.com. Every item is handled with care and packaged securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

3. Delivery Destinations

All parcels are shipped directly to the address entered at checkout.
Important: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or collection hubs.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders submitted by 6:00 PM (GMT+10 Sydney), Monday through Friday, will typically be processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be handled the next working day.

5. Order Processing Time

We generally require 1 to 2 business days to confirm, verify, and pack your order prior to shipment.

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

After dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

9. Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, rejection by the recipient, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and any applicable re-delivery fees from your refund.

10. Customs and Import Charges

As we currently operate exclusively within Australia, no import duties or customs fees apply.
Should international shipping become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
